Our menu items are prepared in our local Sarasota kitchens just for you! We passionately make our sauces, stocks, soups and pizza dough from scratch. Our meats are hand cut, red peppers are fire roasted, pecorino cheese is freshly grated and our salad dressings are blended to perfection.  

Valentino Pizzeria Trattoria opened for business in Sarasota Florida on July 5th, 2006. Our family wanted to create a casual, family-friendly and energetic restaurant that served what we coin “Grandma’s Italian Food”. This simple, authentic and homemade cuisine borrows from every region of Italy, along with a little influence from our Northern New Jersey roots.
