Daniel has a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating well built, timeless spaces that clients are always ecstatic with. Rachel is a self-taught decorator that has had a passion for designing and decorating rooms since an adolescent. She prides herself on creating functional, beautiful spaces that reflect her clients needs and style.

After working for a company for almost 15 years, Daniel and Rachel decided to make a life changing plan to relocate their family of five and put their heart into their own Design-Build company. Creating spaces with their own name and style is something they felt very driven to do. South Peak Design & Build was created to add character and uniqueness to homes and businesses. Taking the stress out of renovations and remodels by providing a turnkey service. As a husband and wife team, they work hard to ensure a seamless project, being budget conscious while providing outstanding designs and results.

Daniel and Rachel have three rambunctious boys that keep them busy with academics and sports. In their free time they love being outdoors, spending time at the beach, being close to the water and enjoying all that SW Florida has to offer.
