My name is Guy Norman. I have been servicing air conditioners for over 20 years. As an employee of other companies I was always under pressure to sell people things they didn't need. Even fired for poor sales numbers! That is why my wife and I started Service Only Heating and cooling. We focus on the fix. We repair all brands. Our repairs are guaranteed. You can trust us to give your units longer lifespans. And when the time comes we can also install any brand you like.

Service Only follows a strict code of ethics that centers on professionalism, competency, and personal integrity. We are straightforward and honest. Our employees are not paid commissions. They get honest pay for honest work. We also believe in charging a fair price for the work performed. We design, install, service, and repair HVAC systems and parts in strict accordance with the highest industry standards. We value our customer’s time as much as our own – we will always give a 2 hour window of when we will arrive. We also take great care when working in our customer’s homes. All of our employees are drug tested and background checked and will never use profanity or tobacco in the presence of customers
