Modern-Chop Inc is Bradenton’s new local independent steakhouse! Our mission is to bring a modern twist to the classic steakhouse, featuring chef butcher cuts of Prime and Wagyu beef as well as pasta, seafood dishes, and creative vegetarian and vegan options.
