Amenities

The Dog Park at Adventure Park is a three-acre fenced-in area where your four-legged friend can run and play. There are fenced areas setup for large and small dogs and puppies. Dog agility equipment, a dog drinking fountain, shade structures, and benches are some of the amenities available at the Dog Park.

Dog Park hours are from dawn to dusk daily. The park is closed every Thursday from 12pm - 3pm for mowing and maintenance. There is no staff on duty.

Membership

Only registered dogs and their owners can use the park. Registration for membership can be done on our website www.lakewoodranchgov.org (under Find Your Service) or on www.mylwr.com (under Plan Your Day - Amenities). You can visit Town Hall (8175 Lakewood Ranch Boulevard) or Town Hall North (8310 Lakewood Ranch Boulevard) to register in person. The following items are needed to become a registered member of the Dog Park:

• Annual Fee - Lakewood Ranch Resident $50; Non Resident $100
• Current rabies vaccination certificate

Membership also gives you access to the Bob Gardner Community Dog Park.  Lost key fob replacement costs $20.

Rules

The following rules are in place to ensure all visits to the Dog Park are enjoyable:

1. This park is for the enjoyment of our canine visitors.
2. Dogs must wear current county tags and have a current rabies vaccination.
3. Dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting the park.
4. All dogs within the fence must be off leash.
5. Aggressive dogs will not be allowed to remain in the park.
6. Dogs must be under voice control at all times (i.e. they should come when their owners call them).
7. Owners must be present with leash and in view of their dog at all times.
8. Dog feces must be picked up and disposed of by owner.
9. Owner must immediately fill in any holes dug by their dogs.
10. People food is prohibited inside the Dog Park.
11. The small dog area is recommended for small, fragile, or elderly canine visitors.
12. In all cases, owners are responsible for the actions of their dogs.
13. Canine and human visitors enter at their own risk. Lakewood Ranch Community Development District 4 cannot be responsible for injuries to visiting dogs, their owners, or others using the park.
14. Aggressive dogs and dogs in heat are not allowed in the park.

The Dog Park is located on the southeast end of the Greenbrook Adventure Park, 13010 Adventure Place, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202.

Ownership and Maintenance

The Greenbrook Adventure Park and Dog Park are owned and maintained by the Lakewood Ranch Community Development District 4. For maintenance issues, please contact the Operations Department at (941) 727-0899.
