David Rosemberg has been a commercial litigator for 20 years. During that time, David spent 9 years at one of Miami’s largest multi-office law firms, rising quickly through the ranks to become the firm’s youngest litigation partner.

In 2017, David started his own boutique litigation firm to provide clients with a better and more efficient approach to legal services. Today, David continues to represent domestic and international businesses and individuals in high-stakes defense and plaintiffs’ litigation, alternative dispute resolution and pre-litigation settlement and counseling. David has successfully represented clients in matters involving complex business litigation, intellectual property litigation, real estate litigation, securities litigation, contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, business torts, intrafamily business disputes, unfair competition, and trade secret misappropriation.

Fluent in Spanish, David also serves as outside counsel to ultra-high-net worth Latin American family offices and individuals with personal and business interests in the United States. From 2009-2014, David represented numerous Latin American family investors in claims arising out of the $60 billion Madoff Ponzi scheme against various European headquartered banks in International AAA and FINRA arbitrations.
