Owner Gary preserves his family's tradition of preparing delicious food with the finest ingredients, time-honored recipes, and love. The culinary treasure that is Adolfo's  began in Naples, Italy. His great grandfather Leopoldo Colantuono came to America in 1890 from Naples at the age of 12. He was sent by his family on a boat by himself in hopes of a better life in the States. Making his way through Ellis Island, Leopoldo then put down roots in Brooklyn, New York.
